About Teacher
Namaste, I'm GVVL Pallavi an internationally certified yoga trainer and also social studies teacher. Everyday we work for everyone but we forget ourselves and life becomes stressful. So as a yoga teacher helping to find the real you is my passion, from kids to elders every day an hour a day give for yourself and see how your body thanks you. Kids will love to spend time here and elders for sure become kids 😊. My classes are designed according to your body flexibility, mobility, strength and weaknesses. Feel free to share any of your health issues.
