About Teacher

Hey there, Dream Builders!

I'm so thrilled to introduce myself in front of you all today. My name is MANSI DAVE and I'm your Learning Buddy — not just a trainer, but someone who's truly in your corner through every session, every breakthrough, and every 'aha!' moment we're going to have together.

A little about me: I'm a soft skills trainer and corporate facilitator — some people call me a cultural architect, which I love — with over 10 years of experience in HR and Learning & Development. I started my journey with a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Northumbria University in Newcastle, UK, and followed it up with an MBA in HR from NMIMS, Mumbai. That combination gives me a rare dual lens — the analytical mind of an engineer, paired with a deep love for people and how they grow.

My entrepreneurial journey started with seeing a gap in bridging corporates and college students. Guiding them and making them corporate-ready was my main goal.
Now I have been training and facilitating youth, women's n working professionals to be outspoken and confident to face the world using the skills one already has since birth.

I have given training in colleges like Parul University, Polytechnics, SVMIT, and corporates like LNT Hazira and many MSME textile, packaging and manufacturing firms.

And here's why that matters for you — I don't just teach; I design experiences that create real, measurable change. That change is going to happen in YOU.

So here's my promise to you, Dream Builders: we're not going to sit still. We're going to dig deep, push limits, and bring out the strengths and superpowers you already have inside you — you just haven't fully met them yet.

Let's get to work. Let's build a better self together. Are you ready?
