I am a passionate Yoga practitioner currently taking personal and group yoga classes. Previously worked in school. Have pursued PG Diploma in Yoga education ( 1000 + hours) from Kaivalyadhama, Lonavala and also YCB level -3 certified.Yoga has given me a lot of physical and mental benefits and made me a better person. Excited to share my experience and help people bring positive change in their life.
Can teach asana, pranayama meditation and shudi kriya technique. Classes are for anyone who is a beginner to intermediate in Yoga looking for a traditional Hatha Yoga class for flexibility and strength, physical or mental health improvement, better life style or overall personal development.
