About Teacher

I am an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Sri Sri University, Cuttack, with over several years of experience teaching psychology at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. I hold an M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology and am passionate about making psychological concepts simple, practical, and meaningful for everyday life.
As a teacher, I believe learning happens best when it is interactive, relatable, and grounded in real-life examples. Whether I am teaching a student struggling with exam stress, a working professional dealing with burnout, or a curious learner wanting to understand human behaviour better, I tailor my sessions to suit the learner's pace and need.
I design and deliver workshops, awareness programmes, and skill-building sessions for students and faculty alike. This has sharpened my ability to explain complex psychological topics in an engaging, accessible way whether in a one-on-one session or a group setting.
