About Teacher
I am Aaushi Upnare, an English educator with a strong academic background and a passion for teaching language and literature. I hold a Master's degree in English and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from Barkatullah University, Bhopal. I have been awarded Gold Medals in both M.A. and B.Ed. for academic excellence and have also qualified the UGC-NET examination, making me eligible for Assistant Professorship and Ph.D. programs.
I have 10 months of experience as an Assistant Professor of English at the college level and one year of experience conducting online classes, helping students strengthen their language proficiency, communication skills, and critical thinking abilities. My teaching approach focuses on creating an engaging, interactive, and learner-centered environment that supports academic growth and confidence building.
I am a Professional Member of the International Society for Educational Leadership (ISEL) and actively participate in academic events, webinars, and professional development programs. I have also participated in the English Literature Summit 2026, jointly hosted by ISEL and MIT ADT University, Pune, which further enriched my understanding of contemporary trends in English studies and education.
To enhance my professional expertise, I have completed certification courses such as "How to Read a Novel" offered by the University of Edinburgh through Coursera, along with NPTEL courses on Effective Writing and Indian Poetry in English coordinated by IIT Roorkee.
My areas of interest include English Literature, Academic Writing, Communication Skills, Student Mentoring, and Language Development. I am committed to continuous learning and strive to make English language and literature engaging, accessible, and meaningful for every learner.
