About Teacher

My name is Sasikumar Mudusu. I have 3.5 years of experience as a Soft Skills Trainer, working with engineering and degree students. Throughout my career, I have been involved in training students in communication skills, verbal ability, aptitude, interview skills, group discussions, presentation skills, personality development, and workplace etiquette.

My training approach focuses on creating an interactive and learner-centered environment where students can actively participate and develop confidence. I believe that soft skills are essential for academic success, employability, and professional growth. Therefore, I use activities, role plays, group discussions, and real-life examples to make learning engaging and effective.

Over the years, I have successfully trained students for campus placements and helped them improve their communication and interpersonal skills. I continuously update my training methods to align with industry expectations and current recruitment trends.

In addition to soft skills training, I am passionate about mentoring students and guiding them in their career development. My strengths include effective communication, adaptability, leadership, and the ability to connect with learners from diverse backgrounds.
